No, there’s no separate room hire fee - it’s all included in the price of the buffet. We ask for a minimum of 25 people for any booking.

Bookings include three hours of private room time. Need longer? Just let us know — we’re flexible and happy to work something out.
If you’re booking for a Friday or Saturday evening, the space is yours for the night until last orders. -
Absolutely.
Due to these being our busiest evenings, we ask for a buffet booking for a minimum of 60 guests.
That covers your room hire too.

We don’t allow outside catering or food to be brought in.
That’s why we’ve rolled room hire into the buffet pricing — simple, all-in-one, and prepared by our team.

We don’t take an upfront deposit.
Instead, we’ll securely take your card details when you book. If you don’t turn up on the day, a £5 per person no-show fee will be charged.

We understand these are emotional, important gatherings. We’ll always make space for a tribute table for flowers, photos, or keepsakes - just let us know what you'd like.
